Hallie Swindoll

Hallie Swindoll is a Co-Founder of Making Waves Insurance and is here to help with all of your insurance needs in Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. Her primary focus within the agency is life insurance and commercial lines, including General Liability, Business Owner’s Insurance, Commercial Property, Worker’s Compensation, and Commercial Auto coverage.

As a second-generation agency owner who grew up in the insurance industry, Hallie has been immersed in the insurance business all of her life and became a licensed agent in 2010. She is recognized as a trusted expert for small business, non-profit, and life insurance needs.

Hallie especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and non-profit organizations.  She has earned numerous honors, including being named Meridian’s Insurance Agent of the Year multiple times and being recognized as one of Meridian’s Top 20 Under 40. Her community involvement includes leadership roles as President of Junior Auxiliary, service with the Hope Village Guild, service with the PTSO at her daughter’s school, President of the Mississippi Children’s Museum–Meridian Partners, and Recording Secretary of the MCM–Meridian Advisory Committee.  Outside of work, Hallie enjoys traveling with her husband and their daughter, book clubs, Mah Jongg, and learning to golf.

Emily Boney

Emily Boney is a Co-Founder of Making Waves Insurance based in sunny Florida, where she’s passionate about helping families protect what matters most.  Whether it’s finding the perfect coverage for your home, car, boat, or small business, Emily’s got you covered across Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee.  Her expertise is working with home buyers and realtors tailoring coverage to meet the unique needs of each client and educating customers on coverage for flood and umbrella insurance ensuring her clients have comprehensive coverage and peace of mind. She has built a reputation for delivering personalized service and is known for bringing both knowledge and heart to the work she does.

Originally from Oklahoma, Emily’s journey took her to Florida then Tennessee before she and her husband, Jason, decided to settle back in Florida.  When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find Emily, Jason, and their little boy out on mini-adventures enjoying the sunshine.  She chairs an annual Halloween parade and block party.  Emily believes life is all about building strong connections, supporting her community, and making every moment count.
